Padelspeed Coaching: Techniques of Padel with Bueno (Intermediate), Saturdays 12-1pm (Cwmbran)

If you've been playing padel for a while or have come from a tennis club or other racket sport background, then this session is for you.

Learn what it takes to become an effective padel player and load up your tactical armoury with these 1-hour sessions dedicated to padel techniques by experienced coach, Guillermo Bueno.

Focus in on your forehand and backhand groundstrokes, volleys and lobs. Learn how and when to attack and defend. Get to grips with different spin shots with slice and topspin. Use the lob to defend and prepare a counterattack. Practise serving and returning effectively.

Our LTA-qualified coaches will lead you through all the technical aspects of the game through a series of drills, exercises, and guided matchplay. From moving, positioning, preparing, and delivering great padel shots (volley, chiquitas, smashes, bandejas, viboras, drop shots and off-the-glass shots), these sessions will prepare intermediate players for more advanced padel play.

Session cost: £10 per person (open to intermediate level players)
