Ladies Padel Development is a structured six-week progression course designed for women who have completed a beginner or foundation programme and are ready to take their game to the next level.
The course bridges the gap between learning the basics and becoming a more confident club-level player, with a focus on court positioning, net play, defensive skills, point construction and tactical awareness.
Each week builds on the previous session, helping players develop greater consistency and confidence while learning how to play smarter, more purposeful padel.
By the end of the course, players will:
- Understand correct court positioning in attack and defence
- Hold and regain the net position more effectively
- Use volleys, bandejas and lobs with greater confidence
- Defend using the glass and reset points under pressure
- Develop better movement and communication with their partner
- Build points with purpose rather than simply reacting
- Develop greater confidence in social and club-level match play
LOCATION: Cardiff City House of Sport, Clos Parc Morgannwg, Cardiff, CF11 8AW

Excellent shoes, excellent service and communication. I will definitely use Paddlespeed again, thank you. Les👍
Well pleased with the service and shoes are comfortable with a little wider fit than others ive tried, very pleased with the product and service
arrived very quickly once ordered, the paddle is very good quality, has no lip around the edge, took a couple of sessions to get use to the new paddle. fells like it has improved my game (but you have to ask my partners)
good value for the money
This is an amazing paddle! I’ve had few and this one feels the best of all so far. It’s lighter than one’s I’ve had before which is so much better for my frequently injured wrist.
Great advice and very professional attitude
Here’s a relaxed review you could post:
Absolutely delighted with my Volt 900 padel racket! It arrived really well packaged and the delivery was quick. Communication from Padel Speed was spot on from start to finish, keeping me updated throughout. The racket itself feels fantastic on court and I’m really happy with it. Thanks again to Padel Speed – a great experience all round. Highly recommended!
I bought this pressuriser for my Dad. He has tried out a few in the past including manual and other automatic ones, but he seems certain this one has been the best one yet. He has noticed a genuine difference in his ball lifespan. Super happy I chose preserva!
Bought this for myslef about a month ago now and can seriously see the difference in my padel ball pressure. I've definitely bought less balls than I would've without preserva. I would genuinely reccomend this product!
This is the best racket I have used since playing padel for the last two years. Started with. Nox, moved to Bullpadel and ow this racket, I would never go back!
Resolve the issue quickly.
Have had a few pressurisers now and this has been my favourite. It actually works well at improving the pressure of balls
10/10
The coaching session I had was superb. It was informative and easy to comprehend. The coach Irene was easy to understand and helped with position and grip. I will be having another.
Would highly recommend coaching sessions. It has improved my game and technique.
Excellent service and price.
