In these one-hour sessions at The Welsh Padel Centre in Cwmbran, you’ll discover the exciting world of padel tennis with the help of Padelspeed’s coaching team alongside other beginner players keen to get going in this accessible and fast-growing sport. These sessions explore the different rules, shots, positioning and tactics of the sport in a friendly environment. They are perfect for all ages and abilities if you’re new to the sport.
